Careers

Partner - If you have a following in corporate finance and either have or can create your own pipeline of work, we would be interested in speaking with you. You will need to have had at least 5 years experience in unquoted M&A, have an entrepreneurial flair and be willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. For the right person, we will offer a competitive package with the opportunity to own a part of the business from the outset, including profit share.

Deal Doer - You will ideally be an ACA with one or two years experience in unquoted M&A or a related service area such as transaction services, due diligence or tax. You will work directly for a partner, with no middle man reporting. It is a great opportunity to learn quicker and, with the right aptitude, progression will be faster than many larger organisations. We pay competitive rates with the opportunity to benefit from higher remuneration as the company grows and succeeds. If you would like to be considered, please send a cv, together with details of your current remuneration package.

Analyst - An analyst’s role within Succession is client facing. You will be responsible for research in to relevant companies in a market segment as well as understanding market trends. In addition, you will also review and analyse other M&A transactions in a segment and prepare presentations. You need not have any experience in corporate finance – it is your research and presentation skills that are important. For a competitive package and to develop your career in a stimulating and new direction, please send a copy of your cv and current remuneration package.
