It was launched by Livingstone Partners LLP, the leading investment banking boutique, to provide streetwise and commercial advice to the lower mid-market for UK-based and cross border transactions.

The senior team are experienced deal doers with an average of 15 years experience and have completed over 120 company sales, corporate acquisitions and MBOs for owner managers, UK and multinational corporates in most sectors, including technology, business services, industrial products, consumer and media/marketing services.
